  • Our meeting point is the tasting room. We suggest to type "SAIO Assisi" in Google Maps to find our precise position.
  • The wine tasting romo is just about 1,5 km form the old external walls of the city of Assisi. Even though the distance is quite short, we suggest to come by private car, taxi or bike, we don’t suggest to come on foot because there’s no footpath in some parts of the street along the way.
  • Cancellation policy: The payment is not refundable. It’s possible to change the day or cancel the reservation by 8 am of the day before. In case the clients decides to cancel the reservation we send a voucher for the same amount paid, valid for the purchase of products (wine or evo) or services (tasting experiences). The voucher is valid for 2 years. Please note: the request of changing the day of the experience or the request of the voucher must arrive by call or Whatsapp at the number +39 335 8374784 by 8.00 am of the day before the reservation. Communications arrived by email or in other ways or after the deadline will not valid.

Bruschetta with SAIO extra virgin olive oil,

Handmade Pecorino cheese and SAIO Grape Jam,

Caciotta cheese with black truffle,

Cured meats from free range area,

Handmade torta al Testo (lightly salted Umbrian flatbread),

Mineral water.

After lunch you receive a map showing the walking paths and instructions where they can find information about the wines and grapes along the paths.

Then it’s only 15 minute walk through the vineyards to the SAIO pavilion, but also longer paths are available.

On the way to the pavilion visitors can admire the panoramic view of Assisi, Perugia and Santa Maria degli Angeli. Possibility to reach the veranda area with your stroller or by car, in case you need it.
