Further information
After a historical presentation of the Château Peyrassol vineyard in the heart of the century-old barrel cellar, your guide will introduce you to the terroir of Provence and its specificities by observing the vineyard landscape.
Then discover the wine-making process from the arrival of the berries to the bottling by immersing yourself in our stainless steel cellar dedicated to the whites and rosés, then on the floor below, in our red cellar with its concrete vat room.
In the historic harvesters’ room, the experience continues with a tasting of our XIIIE and Château Peyrassol cuvées.
Before or after this guided tour, walk the paths of La Commanderie de Peyrassol at your leisure with the help of an explanatory booklet and a map, in order to discover the rest of the route, the works of the Philippe Austruy Collection, the Remarkable Garden, the vines and the forest.
The art center can only be visited on guided tours.
You can eat at the restaurant "Chez Jeannette" or at "Bistrot de Lou" (booking required, see opening dates).
