With Mamma Beatrice we will prepare the most famous dishes of Apulian cuisine: focaccia, bread, fava bean puree, orecchiette, veal brasciole with tomato sauce, and much more.
We will have a chance to touch the doughs, discover the secrets of homemade recipes, learn how to make handmade orecchiette and focaccia.
Everything will be crowned by the final dinner where we will taste the fruit of the work just done accompanied by our wines.
