Further information
You will be able to take advantage of a private picnic area equipped with a barbecue for exclusive use, obviously already equipped with wood and tools for lighting and cooking.
Your picnic area will be set up in nature, in the vineyard or under a large walnut, fragno or olive tree or in the aromatic herb garden. We give the opportunity to spend a few hours in the silence of nature, enjoy the view of the Valle d'Itria in the late morning or with the light of sunset, eat and drink wine.The food will be supplied partially cooked and partially raw.
The cooked food will be hot focaccia from the wood-burning oven, stuffed frize, cured meats, olives. The raw one with sausage and bombette or the vegetarian variant with seasonal vegetables.
The preparation will be self-service on the barbecue.For every two people, a bottle of wine of our production will be offered together with glass goblets.
