The route is a circular one and has the Trulli Loco family facility as its start and finish.
Overall it has a length of about 4 km, of which 1 km is on paved roads and the remainder on dirt roads, paths and mule tracks.
On the way you will encounter different types of walls, more or less ancient, each with its own characteristics. The trulli and the view of the Itria Valley will enrich the nature walk with charm.
At the end of the treeking you will have a real lesson in building a dry stone wall using the original and heavy tools of the master paretaro that have remained unchanged for centuries.
Hungry from the walk and the work with the hammer, one can rest in the cool of a centuries-old olive tree overlooking the Itria Valley and have a frugal snack with homemade bread baked in a wood-burning oven and stuffed with typical local products.
A glass of our own wine will be offered.
